Dinner Last Night

I made Primavera Ravioli Bake from Betty Crocker! It only took a little over an hour and it was absolutely delicious!! Tonight I am thinking about making Lemon Pepper Baked Chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and veggies!! Yummy! I am so glad that I am getting back into the groove of cooking and cleaning! I feel so much better about myself!

Later today I am doing a little art project with Liam! Haha! I will post pictures of the before and after. Hopefully it turns out the way I have planned it out in my head!

A Day Spent At Home

Well we really haven't done too much today so far. I went to the gym with Michael for a little while and then we played some Wii bowling and tennis. And I must say that I am pretty darn good at the tennis...I really didn't think I would be. It was really nice to spend some time with him and we sure did laugh a lot. Right now Liam is asleep in his swing but I am going to be giving him a bath in a few minutes which should wake him up and then we will enjoy some well deserved tummy time! Pictures to come! I am also going to be trying out some new recipes which I will post pictures of and let you know how they turned out! I am really excited to share!!

Sorry It's Been So Long!

Well I didn't think it would be this long before I was able to blog again. I have been really busy with Liam and spending time with Eric while he was on vacation from work. So, I have finally started Liam's scrapbook and I am already very pleased with the outcome. Liam is

growing so fast and I can hardly keep up. He is already out of all of his newborn clothes, which I feel happened over night. I am a little embarrassed to admit that I was a little emotional packing all of them up!

We have chosen Liam's godparents and the date for

the baptism and are looking forward to celebrating the day with our friends and family. Liam's godfather will be my brother Michael, which is where he got Liam's middle name! Liam's godmother will be Brittani, Eric's cousin! We are so blessed to have such awesome family members that we know will love and cherish Liam, but at the same time teach him so many things that sometimes parents aren't able to. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful Monday, and I promise that I will be updating the blog more often!

He's Growing So Fast

Every time I look at Liam I feel like he has grown! His expressions change every day and I love it. I could stare at him all day long. I don't think I can love any thing more than I love him, even when he gets all fussy! We took Liam to church yesterday for the first time and he was such a good little man. It is amazing how much they change in such a short time; he is even staying awake during the day longer and sleeping longer through the night. Last night he slept for almost 7 hours straight, that is the longest yet!!! We are so proud of our little monkey! I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday and stay tuned because I will be blogging again soon!!
